Today, the song - or in this case tune - I have in my head, is Rodrigo guitar concerto.

Recipe:

1 packet of gnocchi.
1 carton of roasted vegetable sauce.
1 packet of mozzarella cheese.

Preheat oven to gas mark 5.
Cook gnocchi.
Heat through sauce.
Combine the two in an oven proof dish.
Top with slices of mozzarella.
Place in oven until cheese is melted.
